Kısaca: bbPops senden kişisel veri toplamaz, hesap açmanı istemez ve verilerini kimseyle paylaşmaz.

Kapsam

Bu politika, bbPops mobil oyununu ("uygulama") kullanırken bilgilerinin nasıl ele alındığını açıklar. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

Toplamadığımız veriler

bbPops'u oynamak için hesap oluşturman ya da herhangi bir bilgi girmen gerekmez. Uygulama şunları toplamaz:

Cihazında saklanan veriler

Puanın, oyun ilerlemen ve ayarların yalnızca kendi cihazında saklanır. Bu veriler bize ya da başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamayı sildiğinde bu veriler de cihazından silinir.

Üçüncü taraflar

bbPops, üçüncü taraf reklam ağı, analiz aracı veya takip yazılımı içermez. Verilerin satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve paylaşılmaz.

Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtılır. Apple, indirme ve satın alma işlemlerine ilişkin bilgileri kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işleyebilir. Bu işlemler bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.

Çocukların gizliliği

bbPops her yaştan oyuncuya uygundur. Kişisel veri toplamadığımız için çocuklardan da bilerek herhangi bir kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.

Bize e-posta yazarsan

Destek için bize yazdığında e-posta adresini ve mesajının içeriğini yalnızca sana yanıt vermek amacıyla kullanırız. Bu bilgileri başka bir amaçla kullanmaz ve kimseyle paylaşmayız. Silinmesini istersen bize yazman yeterlidir.

Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR gibi veri koruma düzenlemeleri kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakların vardır. Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için elimizde sana ait bir kayıt bulunmaz; yine de her türlü soru ve talebin için bize ulaşabilirsin.

Uygulamaya yeni özellikler eklendiğinde bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve en üstteki tarih değiştirilir.

Scope

This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the bbPops mobile game (the "app"). By downloading and using the app you agree to this policy.

Data we do not collect

You do not need an account or to enter any information to play bbPops. The app does not collect:

Data stored on your device

Your score, game progress and settings are stored only on your own device. They are not sent to us or to any other server. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Third parties

bbPops contains no third-party advertising networks, analytics tools or tracking software. Your data is not sold, rented or shared.

The app is distributed through the App Store. Apple may process information about downloads and purchases under its own privacy policy. That processing is outside our control.

Children's privacy

bbPops is suitable for players of all ages. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

If you email us

When you contact us for support, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you. We do not use it for any other purpose or share it with anyone. Write to us if you would like it deleted.

Your rights

Under data protection laws such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK, you have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because the app collects no personal data, we hold no records about you; you are still welcome to contact us with any question or request.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when new features are added to the app. The current version is always published on this page, with the date at the top changed.
